Annapurna massif lay in north central Nepal, containing various range of snow caped mountain peaks over 6,000 metres (20,000 ft) to 8,000 metres (26,000 ft.) high. The name Annapurna is derived from Hindu Goddess of food and nourishment, as a matter of fact that many streams descending from Annapurna provides drinking water and water for the agricultural fields and pastures located at lower altitudes.

Day One
Welcomed By Our Representative And Transfer To Hotel. Evening Meeting At Hotel. Welcome Dinner. (Nepali Food And Culture Show)
Day Two
(Kathmandu) Kathmandu Valley Tour, Thamel, Budha Stupa, Pasupati Temple, Swayambhu Stupa, Patan Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Darbar Square, Kathmandu Darbar Square. Evening Meditation.
Day Three
(Pokhara 830m And Nayapul 1070m) Wake Up, Yoga Practice, Breakfast, And Drive (6-9 Hours)Or Fly To Pokhara (35min). Drive To Nayapul And Stay Overnight At Hotel. Practice Meditation In The Evening.
Four Four
(Thikhedhunga 1577m) Wake Up, Yoga Practice, And After Breakfast Hike To Tikhedhunga (4-5 Hours). The Trail Today Will Slightly Ascend Following The River Most Of The Time.
Day Five
(Ghorepani 2850m) Wake Up, Yoga Practice, And After Breakfast Trek To Ghorepani. Today Is A Long Day And Need To Walk Steep Up Gradually In The Rhododendron Forest. We Will Have Lunch At Banthati.
Day Six
(Poon Hill 3210m And Tadapani 2630) Wake Up And Climb (45m-1hour) To Poon Hill To View Sunrise And Mountains Including Annapurna South (7219m), Fish Tail (6993m), Himchuli (6441m), Annapurna Range, Dhaulagiri (8168m) And Its Range. We Will Do Some Yoga Photoshoot. After Breakfast At The Hotel, We Will Trek To Tadapani. Meditation In The Evening At The Hotel.
Day Seven
(Chhomrong 2170m) Wake Up And Practice Yoga. After Breakfast, We Will Hike To Chhomrong. This Is The Last Big Gurung Village On The Way To Base Camp. Evening Meditation At Hotel.
Day Eight
(Himalaya 2920m) Wake Up And Practice Yoga, After Breakfast We Will Hike To Himalaya (7 Hours).
Day Nine
(Annapurna Base Camp 4130m) Today We Will Scape Yoga And After Breakfast, We Will Trek To Annapurna Base Camp. We Will Cross Passing The Deaurali (3900m) And Machhapuchhre (Fish Tail) Base Camp 3700m). Base Camp Is In The Great Valley Surrounding By The Mountains In All Directions And Annapurna 1 (8091m) Is Seen At Its Majestic View.
Day Ten
(Bamboo 2310m) Wake Up, Practice Yoga And While Enjoying The Sunrise On The Top Of Annapurna I, Annapurna South, And Other Mountains. Then Trek Back To Bamboo.
Day Eleven
(Jhinu Dada 1780m) Wake Up, Practice Yoga, And After Breakfast Trek To Jhinu Dada. Today We Will Take A Bath At A Small Natural Hot Spring (20 Minutes Down From Hotel) On A River Bank.
Day Twelve
(Tolka 1700m) Wake Up, Practice Yoga And After Breakfast, Trek To Tolka.
Day Thirteen
(Dhampus 1650m) Wake Up, Practice Yoga And After Breakfast, Trek To Dhampus.
Day Fourteen
(Phedi 1130m And Pokhara) Wake Up, Practice Yoga And After Breakfast Trek To Phedi For A Couple Of Hours And Drive Back To Pokhara. After Reaching Pokhara We Will Boat At Talbarahi, Relax At The Spa, And Enjoy Live Music With Dinner And Celebrate Our Last Day Of The Trek.

A yoga teacher/ instructor accompanies you during your yoga trek. Every day you will have a yoga session mainly in the morning before breakfast and meditation practice in the evening before dinner. Yoga practice along with meditation helps you overcome the physical and mental discomfort felt during the trek. A complete joint releasing and stretching body from different sides help you heal and as well prevents developing muscle soreness. And Meditation practice helps you relax deeper.
While in the cities like Kathmandu and Pokhara you will be accommodated in a comfortable standard hotel or a nice guest house depending on availability.
And during your yoga trek, you will stay in a tea house or mountain lodge. Most of the mountain lodges and tea houses are very simple and with basic facilities.
We provide you with 3 meals a day. While on the yoga trek we eat breakfast and dinner mostly at a tea house or mountain lodge. We eat lunch on the trail in a small, local mountain restaurant. You can choose from the menu and order one course of the meal large or small depending on your appetite. All the tea houses and mountain lodges have a menu with rice, potato, noodles, and western foods.
While in the cities we eat at good restaurants at sightseeing places and take our breakfast and dinner mostly at a hotel or guest house.
Bottled water is readily available to purchase during and after your yoga trek. however, you can as well purchase boiled and filtered water at the local tea houses. Feel free to bring, your water purification tablets or a small portable filtering system.
Every day normally we walk for 3 to 6 hours. But may change depending on the weather condition, physical problems and unexpected events.
